  Was sent to location by representative over the phone saying this location could fix the brand new tablet I had just ordered but came with a piece broken off. Customer service in this location was horrible and did not try to be helpful at all after I had driven 45 min just to go there because I was assured problem could be fixed. Called the rep back I had spoken to on the phone, and was told they were not telling the truth and should've helped me, and he himself would file a complaint through the supervisors about how they acted and the rudeness of the staff. Was a complete wasted trip that took up several hours if my day that I did not have, and I will not be returning to that location again.
